A view that connects the property to its surroundings. Drone photos and video show the building, land and location. We agree on the shoot subject to weather and flight conditions.
Moving through a space adds another dimension to photographs. We agree on the purpose and use of the video, including a vertical version for social media if needed.
Offices, commercial spaces and interiors, where layout, materials and atmosphere all matter. The choice of views follows your audience and purpose.
My job is to make the whole process clear and straightforward for you.
Tell me which service you need and where the property is. We’ll agree on the details and a suitable time together.
We agree on how to prepare the property for the shoot. For drone work, I also check flight restrictions and weather conditions.
You receive finished photos or an edited video, depending on the agreed service. Photos are generally ready by the evening of the shoot. We agree on the video delivery time separately.
For properties in Tallinn Old Town, a parking fee of at least €5 applies. Outside Tallinn, round-trip travel is charged at €0.90/km. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked time are charged at 50% of the property photography fee. VAT will be added to all prices. Special requests by agreement.

I have specialised in real estate photography since 2006 and photographed more than 16,000 properties. Photos are generally ready by the evening of the shoot.
My clients include real estate agents, developers, designers and private property owners.
The first impression of a property listing is usually made on a screen. The purpose of the photographs is to create interest without creating expectations that the property cannot meet in reality.
When photographing a property, I pay attention to perspective, light, details and the overall impression. Post-processing is equally important — every image delivered to the client is a finished photograph, not material from which the best images still need to be selected.
In addition to real estate, I also work in wedding photography, photography training and nature photography.
